Whichever shipping you choose, we will provide you with a link for online tracking or live delivery information. Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees as well as shipping charges. Handling charges are fixed while shipping charges vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping charges will apply to each one. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but we take special care to protect fragile items. The boxes are big enough and your items are well protected.

Attention:

1. In order to ensure the delivery of parcels in an undamaged condition, we mainly use our own couriers.

2.The cost of delivery on the store's website is the cost of standard shipments. There may be additional surcharges for deliveries of non-standard and bulky shipments and shipments exposed to damage. More information about this transport service at:

3.Currently, free delivery (order over £500) is available for customers in Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic It does not apply to oversized products that require special shipment.

Additional information.

  • Delivery costs do not include bringing/installing the product in your appartment.
  • The customer is solely responsible for providing a correct and full delivery information. We do not take any responsibility for non-delivery complaints related with wrong address.
  • The customer takes the responsibility to check the products for damages upon arrival, in front the courier. If any of the boxes are open or seem to be manipulated with - do not accept the product.
  • he customer overtakes the responsibility for the products upon acceptance, especially all risks related with product loss or damages.

Returns

Most of the products are made to order and are non-returnable.

Guarantee of returns We want you to be satisfied with your purchases in our online store. We fully comply with the Regulations of Consumer Contracts, which give consumers online buyers the right to inspect and test things at home, as in a store. Business customers do not have this right. So if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know in writing (email is okay) within 14 days of receiving your item, and after receiving your return number, send the item back to us to the UK address we have specified. When returning Stradexl products, we collect them by our courier. As with the return of goods to the store, it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of goods that have been correctly delivered and are not defective.We recommend sending them via the courier service indicated by us. "Made to order" or "bespoke" products are usually described on the website as such. Additionally, anything you specify such as color or size that is not described on the website is considered "made to order". Unfortunately, "made to order" or "made to order" products cannot be canceled or returned. Please note that although most of our products are returnable, for hygiene reasons we are unable to pick up certain items of clothing, such as socks, unless they are returned unused and completely repackaged as received.
