around the trees remains the same, so there is no dangerous situation. The trees themselves are also protected. Wood gratings
they do not damage tree trunks and roots. Tree gratings also ensure that
water and oxygen can easily reach the roots. Basic frame
prevents stresses and damage to the roots.
Thick Corten steel (10mm) is ideal for the production of tree trellis.
Choose from a wide variety of patterns, but too
we can quickly implement your wishes in consultation with
you. We can produce our own graphic patterns and specific dimensions
s (you need to provide a DXF file with the required pattern).

• We do not provide a guarantee for powder coating of wood grates.
• All packaging materials must be removed from the products immediately.
• Corten steel should never be constantly wet, it should have good drainage and ventilation in all situations.
• Products will be delivered stainless.
• We only use Corten steel type S355JOWP.
• Coastal areas: We do not recommend using Corten steel within 2 km of the coastline.
• Rust residues may peel off the product during the airing process.
• Drilling / grinding into the material is prohibited.
Maintenance
• Annual cleaning by removing dirt with clean tap water.

Placement
1. Place load-bearing concrete feet and position them for a solid foundation. If not done reliably, it can create stresses in the product that may cause damage the product. 2. Place the two-piece frame and screw the frames with the materials provided. Note! First, loosely tighten all the screws, then which can be tightened one after the other. 3 Fill up to the grate with the carrier shell, it maintains class A. 4. Finish the pavement. Tip! In order to obtain perfect drainage around the tree, we recommend that you lay the pavement slightly higher than wood grate. |

5. Place the four corners of the wood grate on the frame so that the holes align. 6. Install all screws first and then you can tighten them. Note! First, loosely tighten all the screws, then which can be tightened one after the other. |
