How to ignite it?
To ignite it, simply pour some gel into the inner tank. When the gel burns, no smoke is produced, an odorless and non-toxic process suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The gel is made of ethanol
gelling, is environmentally friendly and does not produce smoke, will burn with a golden flame that is resistant to wind and gusts of wind.
How safe are the gels and can they be used indoors?
Our gels are completely safe when used according to the provided instructions. They do not emit any toxins, smell or smoke, and therefore do not trigger an alarm indoors.


How can I put out the flames?
To extinguish the flames, place the lid (supplied with the fountain) over the inner container - the fire will be deprived of oxygen and will be extinguished in a few seconds.
