GRO benches - a landscape from our future

Product description
GRO is a fun yet timeless park bench. A bench can be
with and without armrest. You can be 1-person, 2-person
and a 3-seater bench.
In the same series, we also have a picnic set and litter bins.

Important
• All products must be unpacked immediately upon delivery.
• Any type of (hard) wood will turn gray due to UV radiation, weather and wind. The final color depends on
initial color.
• Wood is a natural product that "works" and contracts or expands with temperature and humidity.
• Hardwoods can turn black on contact with Corten steel, which will eventually turn gray.
• Corten steel should never be constantly wet, it should have good drainage and ventilation in all situations.
• Corten steel products are not (completely) rusted on delivery, we only use Corten steel type S355JOWP.
• Coastal areas: We do not recommend using Corten steel within 2 km of the coastline.
• Rust residues may peel off the product during the airing process, which can lead to stains.
• Drilling / grinding into the material is prohibited.

Maintenance
• Regular cleaning (WOCA exterior surface cleaner) and sealing (WOCA exterior oil) of the wood ensures that the pigment in the wood
lasts longer and the discoloration process is delayed.
• Annual cleaning by removing dirt with clean tap water.
Note! Do not use a high pressure washer.

Installation

1. Provide a flat, solid (vibrated) surface. If not done properly, it can put stress on the product that may damage the product. 2. Place the FURNS concrete feet in the desired one place and place them on a stable base.

3. Place the GRO bench on the concrete bases, check it that the holes in the base plate match the screw base sleeve. Use a forklift if necessary Note! To prevent damage to the product, we recommend mounting on the forks of a forklift truck protective material. Note! When moving the bench, the bench they must be supported at the ends. The bench should be carefully placed. 4. Place the bench on the concrete base so check if the holes in the base plate fit into the screw sleeves base. Note! First, loosely tighten all the screws, and then can be tightened. Armrest Can be easily fitted to an existing bench with a backrest armrest. To do this, remove the 4 and 5 rods on the back- rest from top to bottom. Move the armrest on the back between the backrest frames and the front the front beam and seat frame. Then place the two beams to the rear and attach the armrest to the existing frame and beam. 5. Cover the concrete base and base plate with soil and finish the pavement. Note! Make sure the footrest is 150 mm below ground level to maintain seat height 450 mm.
